Refund & Returns Policy – Pet Land
At Pet Land, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure all products are delivered in perfect condition. As part of our policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
1. No Return Policy
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product selection by customer
- Pet preference issues
- Size, taste, or suitability concerns
2. Manufacturing Defects Only
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
To qualify:
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear photo/video proof must be provided
3. Resolution for Defective Products
Once approved, Pet Land will:
- Provide a replacement of the same product, OR
- Issue a refund/store credit (if replacement is not available)
4. Non-Eligible Cases
The following will not be considered defects:
- Damage caused by misuse, chewing, or pet handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor packaging damage during delivery that does not affect product quality
- Products opened/used without prior complaint
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days
- Refund method:
- Original payment method, or Petland Wallet
- Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
